2023 Esports Summer Camp

The University of Guam Triton Esports Summer Camp is a series of captivating and educational summer camps catered around specific esports, health and wellness, communication, and leadership skills. Designed for youth ages 7-17, this extraordinary camp experience offers three week-long sessions to choose from, allowing participants to select their preferred focus or join multiple sessions for a diverse and enriching experience.

Limited spots are available for each session, so secure your child’s place today in their preferred session or multiple sessions, and give them the chance to embark on an unforgettable esports journey!


Each session is an independent camp, providing an immersive and specialized environment tailored to the chosen discipline. With a maximum capacity of 20 participants per session, campers can expect personalized attention and a supportive learning atmosphere.

Session 1: July 24 to July 28 [POSTPONED]

  • Game: League of Legends
  • Eligibility: Must be within ages 7-17 years old to participate.

Session 2: July 31 to Aug. 4 [POSTPONED]

  • Game: Valorant
  • Eligibility: Recommended to be within ages 13-17 years old to participate.

Rescheduled: July 24 to July 28

  • Game: Chess
  • Eligibility: Must be within ages 7-13 years old to participate.
  • Maximum Capacity: 20 people


All camp sessions will be Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.


The Esports Summer Camp will be held at the UOG Office of Information Technology / Computer Center in Lab Room 107; the building is located at #5 on the UOG Campus Map.


This program is funded by the Governor’s After School Grant through DPHSS: Bureau of Child Care Services and Guam Economic Development Authority.

This event is made possible with the following partners: University of Guam, Heavy Hitters, Pacific Federal Management, and Guam Barbeque Company.

What’s provided?

To ensure campers are well-nourished, lunch will be provided during each session, allowing participants to refuel and recharge for an action-packed day. Additionally, every attendee will receive a camp jersey as a cherished memento of their experience.
